Dance Fitness Classes with Miranda Palmer

Everyone can dance! All the classes introduce easy-to-follow choreography which are built up. No dance experience is needed and there are no wrong moves!

There is a cross over between all my classes, all with different levels and abilities, no one is excluded!!! Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions or to find out for which class you are best suited

The in person classes are £7 payable on Bookwhen for a single class.

If you don’t do online banking at all, then you can message me to book and bring the £7 cash to class.

A 10-class pass can be purchased for £60 on Bookwhen and has a 4 month expiry date.

The online classes are £4 each.

You will need to wear clothes and shoes in which you are comfortable to move. Most people wear gym attire. It is advisable to wear decent trainers that provide a support.

Not a lot - some water, or something to drink and a small towel.

There is a health questionnaire that you will fill in when you come to your first class. Then we would have a chat about any matters that arise from this.

When you book online using Bookwhen, you tick a consent box in the booking.

Of course, but you are responsible for them at all times. Children are welcome either as participants or spectators as long as they do not get under anyone’s feet.
